The key to better mental and physical health

The Human Touch strives to improve the health of individuals worldwide by encouraging physical fitness and provides programs designed to enrich and empower by educating on social and emotional intelligence.

We serve all individuals worldwide. Our goal is to make everyone smile.

Physical Health

Effect of technology

Decrease in general health

Sitting in that same place for quite some time at work and at home to use that laptop or watch television.

Lack of physical movement because of escalators, elevators etc.

We organise various events and carry out projects involving interactive play to encourage movement(whether fun sports events or interactive play).

We use innovative ways to bring people together and create interesting new ways to do everyday things that encourage us to talk, move, smile and laugh.

We get everyone up and moving so they increase their health.

Mental Health

Effect of technology

Affects the way we form and sustain our relationships

Increasing reports of younger generations struggling to read facial gestures due to lack of direct facial interaction, a surge in reported loneliness and growing widespread depression.

We teach in order to encourage a high level of Social and Emotional Intelligence.

We organise various events and carry out different projects to create fun new innovative ways for everyone everywhere to connect with one another.

Building stronger connections will ultimately make us happier, healthier individuals and will lead to inclusion, integration, co-operation and empathy in society on the whole.

Every day interactions with others have a direct impact on the development of our brains and affect the biology of our bodies from our cells to our genes. The impact is such that our relationships adjust the hormones that regulate everything from our hearts to our immune systems. Good relationships are like a healing medicine and bad relationships hurt us like poisons. We 'catch' other peoples emotions in the same way we catch a cold, and the consequences of isolation or relentless social stress can shorten our lives.

It’s so simple – a pat on the shoulder, a hug, a smile, or a friendly tone of voice – yet the impact is powerful. The human touch is essential for building meaningful relationships, trust, and understanding, not only in our personal lives but also in a professional context.

We are here to help develop social and emotional skills and to encourage more interactive movement in the world.
